May was the month with the least postings for me. That was mainly due to my visit to my parents for the Easter holidays, as well as due to the hectic days that followed them.
Strangely enough, during this period I took lots of pictures to share, which I haven't had the time to post altogether, so I think that this SH is such a good opportunity to do so.So, I'm happy to present this month's selection, joining in with Jill from Made with Love! Make sure you drop by her blog to see all the wonderful contributions!
Flags :not one flag but many flags decorating a monastery
Aqua: Where's the water? Can you see it? Neither could I! This is how crystal clear the sea was the day I had my first swim!
Broken: sand made of broken seashells in southern Crete
Patriotic: The Greek countryside in spring with olive trees and wild flowers. In my opinion, it can't get more patriotic than that!
4 : Easter eggs
Skyline: the mountains against the sky reflecting also in the water the day I had my first swim
Lines : on an old 'πιθάρι' in my garden (a very big ceramic pot used in the old days to store grains, olive oil, honey or wine)
Construction : parts of railway lines
Door: embellished by a wisteria in bloom in Plaka, Athens
Washing (myself!) : taking a shower outside, to wash away the sea salt after my swim at the sea
A map: in my classroom
Keys: on a keyring I made a couple of months ago
